If Ralph and Jack had switched places that means Jack would have been the leader. If Jack had been the leader they would have all been hunting.That would be the main thing. They would have never built a fire up on the mountain. As we have seen in chapter 11 Jack says he meant to kill piggy, if he didn’t care to do that then, what he would have done if he was the chief?

Now if Ralph is in Jacks spot he wouldn’t be out to get Jacks chief title. Ralph would probably just go along with everything until someone got hurt. That’s  when he would say something. He may of even decided to go off on his own.
